No one holds a gun to these people's heads and says "you have to take this loan at this ridiculous percentage rate."

Hell, they look like high-risk loan clients to me - better charge extra to cover overhead, the goddamn deadbeats.

HEY BUDDY, BEEN POOR LATELY? i thought not. if you had to choose between a loan and no food, what would you choose? The only reason they're high risk is because they have no chance of bettering their financial position.
