I must disagree. If the paypal condition existed from the beginning, there is no fucking way I would have joined.
I think you just made his point for him :D

To be honest I think Clan Storyteller or just Storyteller would be a cooler title for you.

I chose the title because I like english that sounds old or archaic, like you are a teller of tales, something cool about that to my ears. While Storyteller or Clan Storyteller would be cool (maybe even Bard of Starcrossed) I just like my title as is, reminds me of where I was when I was invited into the mod world.

I think the "Official SD.net" bit throws that archaic feel off a bit

Still have my Rabid Monkey title, even though I'm no longer a member of the BOTM. I believe at my current post count I should be a Youngling.

Still a Padawan... one day, I shall reach that accursed custom title point... but not for a long time yet. Not to keen on Sith Devotee though, it makes it sound like the evil version of the Barbie fan club or something...

I'm a Jedi Council Member, and happy at it. I suppose some day I'll have a custom title, but I couldn't think of a decent one if I had to.
Note: I'm semi-retired from the board, so if you need something, please be patient.

I must disagree. If the paypal condition existed from the beginning, there is no fucking way I would have joined. And, the influx of newbies will eventually lead to stagnation.

Have a very nice day.

Most ISPs provide you with an email account and a little bit of webspace when you join. The new rule only covers email providers that allow for unlimited accounts.

Bah, I'll be the last 3-star (or whatever it'll be then) to have a non-custom title. I never wanted one.

I don't think most of the members have custom titles. I think most of the main posters do, but not most of the members. It's just the perception that there are more customs than other because I think we're the ones who do the majority of sp--I mean, posting. :D

After all, aren't there 1300+ members here? How many customs do you think we have floatin' 'round this joint? 150? 200? I have no idea. Whatever it is, though, I don't think it's that many in comparison...

at the momnet 87 users qualify for a non-derogatory non-rabid monkey custom title. thats about 7% of the total membership. (ohh baby i'm up to #95. yipee!)

Especially since only 57 people have voted so far. Considering that the prominent fellers have titles, and they're the ones on most of the time, of course the results are skewed.
