Oh well
If Earth is ever invaded and the enemy invaders are using TIE's I feel that using Gini "SP" missles * air to air low yield nuke at about 3 kilotons * would be able to take down a TIE... or if all else fails lure a bunch of enemy fighters into one area and set off a 20 megaton nuke or two. No need to worry about the enviornment cause if we are being invaded by highly advanced whoevers using TIE's were probly gonna lose anyways.
If I die in Vietnam.
Write a letter to my mom.
Tell her I died with a grin.
Putting smoke on Ho Chi Minh!
Im a sore loser, ok? We need to stop the Iraq and Korea shit and go re invade Vietnam and kick some commie ass!

My point exactly--being able to sustain atmospheric reentry doesn't mean squat against a weapons blast, so that's no reason to think that a sidewinder can't toast a TIE--not to say it's definitely going to toast a TIE of course, there's just no evidence either way.Sea Skimmer wrote:It diesJodoForce wrote:

Busily picking nuggets out of my well-greased ass.
You forgot the teensy weensy matter of the TIE Fighter models in A New Hope withstanding several blasts from the Falcon's quad guns.JodoForce wrote:
