Okay, here's something that hasn't been done. I hope.

Lots of people have discussed 'so-and-so vs. RE zombies' or 'so-and-so vs. the Borg'. So, what about Resident Evil zombies versus the Borg?

The scenario is this: Having warped back into the 20th century, fleeing like the wusses they are, a Borg cube crash-lands outside a (relatively) small city. Raccoon City. They then venture forth to assimilate people, naturally. Unfortunately, the people they grab start to exhibit...strange habits on their way back to wherever it is Borg 'cyberize' someone. They start to get itchy. And hungry. Itchy...hungry...itchy....brainssss...ahem.

Now there are zombies loose on a Borg cube. Worse yet, being on the ground, the cube is fully exposed to anything else that might get curious...Lickers, Hunters...maybe a Tyrant?

So, it's the battle of the lumbering goofs. A clash of the nearly competent. What happens?

Hmm I'll give this to the Zombies, The Tyrant alone would take legions to destory

Then agian prehaps the Borg-fication can kill the virus?

The Borg have demonstrated the outstanding inabilaty to combat viruses, they were infected by those aliens in the jumpsuits, they were infected by Icheb's people repeatedly, they were infected by Janeway.
In Icheb and Janeway's case, they got infected by assimilation, is it possible that a race that dedicates itself to assimilating strange new life has no safeguards for it?

So in my opinion the T-Virus alone will kill the Borg, all they need to do is assimilate one infected person or B.O.W. (good luck with the latter) and they're history.

Then again, the T-Virus turns people into brainless shambling wrecks with bad skin who grab people. Would the Borg notice the difference?

Unit 3of12: "Unit 4of12, you will submit to th-^*(RF^*R&%$E$#$&"

Unit 7of12: "Unit 4of12, you will immediately desist from devouring Unit 3of12's cranial implants."

Unit 4of12: "Bleargh!!" *spits out implants* *munch* *crunch* *slrrp* *eyes Unit 7of12*

Unit 7of12: "Unit 4of12, you will return immediately for reassimilation. Resistance is f-*&%^(%^(%%&*#@$"

*slrrp* *crack* *other disgusting noises caused by the devouring of brain matter*

Borg: "Unit 2of12, you will immediately terminate Unit 7of12."

Unit 2of12: "Bleargh..."

Borg: "..."

Borg: "Units 1of10 through 10of10, you will terminate Units 2of12 and 7of12 with extreme prejudice... And hurry..."
