- Perfect health no matter what abuses I inflict on my body, for the rest of my natural life.
- The ability to speak every language on Earth.
- The ability to pull out any amount of cash from my pocket, whenever I need to.

I'd want to become the main character in one of my numerous fictional worlds. Probably the alternate earth where I secretly rule a vast military alliance.I also want an extended life, say 150 years, perfect health and an extremely slow aging process, so I die when I'm physically about 40. I'd also want a couple freebies on the books, basically if I think up something else later I can have it.

I would ask him for knowledge, wealth and power. I would also ask him to bring down the human population to around a quarter of a billion and appoint me as sole ruler. As ruler of this "new humanity" I would ensure that love for one-another and for nature herself are placed above all.

Obviously I would ask his price, if I found it to be unfair (as I would expect) then I would kindly tell him to shove it.
