I got it the day after it first came out. I like it. Still wish he'd go back to Portrait of an American Family's sound, though.

I'm not impressed with Golden Age Of Grotesque. The band has always taken a lot from Nine Inch Nails but i swear the fuck i kept expecting Trent to sing one of the tracks it was so similar. However some of the lyrics are funny as fuck but IMHO the guitars aren't heavy enough. The best track in the album is Ka-Boom Ka-Boom.

kabom is fun, tho Im currently preffering golden grotesque, which takes the best of the antichrist superstar album, and mobscene, which sounds like manson's version of loveshack.

I'll admit it: I actually don't mind listening stuff from the Portrait of an American Family era. That stuff really rocked at points!

My favourite Manson album was Mechanical Animals. I liked it. I was dark and loud yet different. The way a good album should be. Golden Age of Grotesque is a nice album but hardly his best. I actually feel it was a bit rished and over hyped to appeal to chart music.
