Putting Lex Luthor and Kingpin together isn't a great idea, eventually there is gonna be a huge power struggle. Your better off replacing Lex Luthor with someone else, maybe Mystique or Bullseye

I thought that we where going for people who have minons and lackey's? Besides i really don't care if they would get in a power struggle or not. That would happen with most these teams

Well good guys are in teams too, but they always have a clear leader, thus fewer power struggles.

No, superhero teams work overall because they have a common struggle. The struggle for good. Villian have a common struggle, its for themselves. Thats why a ultimate hero teams would work and Ultimate villian teams wouldn't.

Red Skull |
Abomination - strength
Apocalypse - strength
Carnage - useful if controllable (should be possible with onslaught's psipowers
Mr Sinister - useful knowledge/powers

With onslaught as one of the leaders, if not THE leader, he can use his psi powers to enslave the others.

This is if it's a slightly saner onslaught, that doesn't quite want to do the obligatory "kill all humans" act, more to work towards goals of world domination/crime networks or whatever.

Well villians will team together if they think that they are getting more benifits than they would from working alone. having two leader type villians(kingpin, Luthor, the leader, Dr. Doom) will always end in a power struggle. You Have to have one leader and a team of subserviant villians(bulleye, juggernaut, electro, etc.). Be careful to pick ones that don't have a bad history with others on the team. Oh, and remind them all to shoot first, explain complicated superplan later, it will stop a lot of mistakes

If people are putting Thanos and the shadow king on their teams im putting Malebolgia on mine.
