The Taliban Fightback in Afghanistan.
One helluva story, great amount of time and interviews with Hamid Karzai and American forces. No-one is particularly happy with the declaration that its no longer a combat zone and everyone is REALLY pissed off with the fact that the Taliban, Warlords and everyone else are not only ambushing and killing the American forces and the UN peace-keepers as well as the native Army (if you can call it that), but that they are getting away with it, because the US Administration is looking the other way so it can maintain that it is a safe and secure nation.

Is Hamid Karzai still in charge over there? He was a top advisor to UNOCAL which was negotiating with the Taliban to build a Central Asia Gas (CentGas) pipeline from Turkmenistan through western Afghanistan to Pakistan.
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

Hamid has balls, big fucking brass ones. He is in a REALLY vulnerable position and he knows it, but do you ever see him betraying this fact?Vympel wrote:He needs troops and money more.kojikun wrote:Hamid needs BALLS.
Fuck yes he needs more troops and more money, but the simple fact of life is that the US can't do this without acknowledging that their original escapade failed...
