This tax is bullshit. The polies said they would not do this..oh what a surpise they lied....I fart in the direction of the Beehive.

Oh its a revenue grab allright, but the funding wont be cut, but it does mean that the government does not have to find the money from elseware.
It is also a exercize in political expediency, it keeps the Green party happy at a time when the government needs votes, farmers dont have a swing vote in this parliment you see :).
