It had a lot of Peter David stuff plus I liked that it had a good discription/history of the Abomination as well. It was nice to see someone who had paid attention to the Abominations appearances and remembered that he's stronger than the Hulk, at least until the Hulk gets really pissed. Up until then he's stronger.

Ah, but that's only against the Intelligent Hulk (who isnt as strong as the unfettered Green Savage hulk). The Savage Hulk was supposedly stronger than Abomination. Mind you, I bet it says something about that in there somewhere too.

When he started out the Abomination was stronger than the Hulk period. He really just beat the snot out of him the first time they fought. The military had to juice the hulk with massive doses of radiation to keep him from dieing. After receovering and turnging reverting to Banner, he managed to leach off some of his power with a gizmo before the stress turned him into the Hulk and he smashed the machine and began fighting the Abomination. After that the Abomination was supposedly stronger than the Hulk in his "calm to mildly annoyed state". :) Of course the stuff about strength tends to depend on which publication you want to go by. Basically their in the same class except for the Savage Hulk's X-factor that lets him keep getting stronger and stronger.

And just to show even-handedness here, What the Hell is the matter with DC? Young Justice killed because it'll interefer with a new teen titans? Is teen titans going to be written by the same person? No. Is it going to have the same dynamics? No. Can the market place support two similar group titles? JLA, JSA anyone? Retards!

And cancelling Supergirl, right when sales were increasing (increased so much infact that they released a TPB and gav the reason as 'The sales were strong enough to warrent it.' Fucking MORONS!

And lo...Marvel muddies up another deal
PulseJenC wrote: BY THE PULSE
According to a post on X-Fan, there may be some changes in the Creator Owned Epic line from what was initially announced.
At their Press Conference on March 26, Marvel Comics told THE PULSE

The question of ownership was raised. Naturally, Marvel characters will be company owned, but on new concepts, Marvel and the creators will have shared ownership of revenue. There is a shared revenue stream that is fair to both sides, and the creators who have been approached have found it acceptable.
Now, in a very detailed thread where editor Stephanie Moore answers a ton of questions about the imprint, it appears as if the "creator owned" role may have changed. Moore commented:

"This is actually a good place to mention a recent development for EPIC: the creator-owned option may no longer be available to EPIC creators. This question is being discussed at levels in the company much higher
than myself and to the best of my knowledge, nothing concrete has been settled at this point. But what may happen is that creators may instead
have the option to sign a New Character agreement, which gives the creator financial participation in the character while still giving
ownership of the property to Marvel. This should not stop you from sending in non-Marvel submissions, however.

Just don't sign the Writer's Work-Made-For-Hire contract along with your submission. If the submission is accepted, we will either offer you a Creator-Owned contract or a Work-Made-For-Hire contract and New Character agreement. If you're not happy with the contract we offer you, you would still have the right to withdraw your story from us and take it somewhere else.”
Also Marvel is suing Sony on another angle...so there are two, TWO suits....still no resolution from Stan Lee front.

At this rate Marvel will be vying with Todd McFarlane on court days

The Sony suit has to do with Spiderman doesn't it?

Let's see, Marvel got sued by Fox for that lame ass Mutant X show being too much like the X-Men (which it is IMO, besides it sucks).

So how long before there's a suit over the Hulk? Maybe over the crappy merchandise (the only things that I've seen that were decent were the two 13inch "action" figures).

Yep...both are about Spiderman, but one about character/movie, the other about game rights.

Sewriously screwed up

Probably sooner if Hulk comics picks up and makes money :P
