And the reason this treatment works? Is because the kids are so terrified that their parents will send them back there, that they wont step out of line. Last time I checked, there were similar policies with a certain moustachi'o'd Austrian nutball...

Courts have ruled that minor's in the US are not entitled to the same rights as adults several times, so don’t count on it.

Kidnapping across state lines is a FEDERAL felony.
