The equivalent in american politics would be for president GWB saying that Senator Clinton should be perfect for the filmrole of a Communist whore in a congressional debate.

There is a HUGE difference between what the PUBLIC is allowed to say about different elected leaders, and between, what the elected leaders are allowed to say to each other.

You will notice that even though France and the USA had some political bickering about the war in Iraq neither GOVERNEMENT trashtalked eachother directly.

Civilised folk, (meaning literaly city dwellers)get to own things too big to carry. When you will live next to someone, for your whole life, you can't just victimise them once, and never see them again.(until your city gets above a certain size, and law enforcement become needed, an option not open to nomads.)

North American Indians were the same way. Some were nomadic, some were civilised. The nomadic ones considered stealing from the city ones the same as hunting, or gathering. The civil ones were considered a resourse, for food, horses and women. Fucking barbarians.

He was incompetant only through his lack of motivation, and desire to be elsewhere. He also had a hard time being mean, even when it was a job requirement.

In fact, the charges were brought about 15 years ago, the trial is lasting that long, and there were far more recent trials about fiscal evasion and false accounting that were cancelled due to condonation and depenalization of the crimes.

He is corrupt. Very much so. The very first law his gov passed (abolishing succession taxes) allowed him to save a total of about half a billion Euros in the various carporation he owns.
