I suffer from compulsive spitting on government officials, so I won't be visiting the U.S. anytime soon.

Good. The guy gets off on technicalities for all sorts of really bad crimes, so they give him life for something he can't squrim away from. Very clever, I commend the judge!

Reminds me of the two teenagers who were given 20+ year sentances for possession of Oragano? A cop thought they were worth investigating at a concert, frisked them and found a jar of spicies on one of them, thinking it was MJ he sent it to the lab, and found out it was spices, so they were charged with possession of a counterfiet narcotic?
