Zero Point Economic Theory
Somewhere, somehow, something bush, or the Fed, or both, are doing seems terribly wrong. It seems that for some reason, one or both have stolen an idea from theoretical phsyics. It is this.
-Once someone has taken the last bit of energy from an item, it automatically has one energy, simply because no item can have absolutely no energy.
-Therefore, someone could theoretically make a "zero-point" energy reactor. Stealing the last bit of energy from an item infinitely.
The current administration, or the fed, is doing this with our economy. Basic scheme, they're creating "false" money. Now this has been done for a long time, but, the way it seems to be working now, it's almost as if the administration is succeeding. How long before we have a catastrophic cascade reaction people?

Its true that no actual object can have zero energy, but it is possible to remove all the energy from that object by converting that object directly to energy. Thats the only way to liberate energy from an object that possesses no kinetic or potential energy.
The government, however, doesn't realize this.

Sì! Abbiamo un' anima! Ma è fatta di tanti piccoli robot.
What are you referring to, the government's love of running the printing presses to pay its bills? I don't believe the Bush administration has done this to a great extent yet, and even if it did it certainly wouldn't be unique in that respect.

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.

This doesn't surprise me. During the presidential debates, I kept wondering if Bush realized that the surplus he wanted to spend was projected and didn't actually exist.Tom_Aurum wrote:I was more whining about the way that bush and the fed expect money to come from nowhere. Yeah so? The current mess wasn't really caused by Bush, but by the
states overspending during the previous bubble to an absurd degree,
and then refusing to make cuts once the Shit Hit the Fan...

Ugh. The Bush administration has absoloutely zero economic sense. They're inflating the US national defecit absurdly. You lot need to be paying more taxes to support the wars against terror, not less.

Welcome to U.S. government spending. They've been doing this since the New Deal.Tom_Aurum wrote:I was more whining about the way that bush and the fed expect money to come from nowhere. Borrowed money can be almost as dangerous as running a printing press to make money.

This is nothing new for the Government. Deficit spending is common. While the amount in dollars may be large, the total as a percentage of GDP is not the largest it's historically been.Tom_Aurum wrote:I was more whining about the way that bush and the fed expect money to come from nowhere. The masses don't realize it, and that's who he was pandering to. Look at it from their view, you'll see how appealing it is...Durandal wrote:This doesn't surprise me. From my paranoid side.. they're doing this purposely.
The Bush administration has figured everything out from day one. They need more manpower in the military and what is one way to get people to join? Create a lack of jobs and the poor will go for three meals a day, housing and decent pay. A smaller economy will also send recent college graduates hunting for something above menial work. College students planning ahead will join ROTC. In fact, AFROTC's Commandant sent a letter saying that need for officers through OCS has diminished thanks to ROTC recruitment greatly increasing.

I assume that means that the Bush Administration planned Sept 11 as well? It's very possible that the recent events of Sept. 11, Afghanistan and now Iraq are creating an interest in the military as a career option for many people.
If the Bush administration really wanted to increase manpower for the military, there are other, more efficient ways to do so than plunging the economy into a recession. Especially since many indicators seem to be pointing to an end to the recession.

So, half myth, and half reality. No they didn't create 9/11. Convenient coincidence, yes. But engineered to make americans fearful? Not intentionally. It just seemed to make a nice reason for it at the time. A fearful population is always easily controlled.

Interesting conclusions, since the US military has just started a new advertising campaign to get more graduates into the military.
Personally, I do hold Bush accountable for being a dumb ass. The way gulf war 2 was approached as totally ass backwards.

The reason neither work is because, 1 entropy is the cause of this in physics, 2 entropy is reversed typically in economics
Durran, you've obviously been smoking something to think that vast tax rebates to high income families is anything like the new deal. This time around for instance is that the poor people don't get jobs.
