This issue of SWI came with a complete listing of all the events of the Clone Wars (and the EU literature it came from). Hopefully it'll be useful in figuring out what happened when and all, so I've put it all here. Enjoy. Note: some sources are works not yet in print.

No, these are the order all of these happened in in the SW universe. That's why some things that were published in the real world in February take place in the SW timeline after things published in March.

Yeah, in the order they happened in the GFFA, but I think they're occuring at a 12-month cycle like ours. 30 months seems a bit late, right on the heels of Episode III. Could be though.
