take a colse look at the coil of flesh colsest to the sea it looks to me like a coiled tenticle and there is what looks to be a breathing tube that one would see on a sqiud by the woman farestest away in the pic.
Or it could be some kind of mutant after all that aera of the see was a major dumping ground for nuke waste and other chems back in the late 60's and 70's as I recall.
