What Is Your Favourite Time of Day?
Out of a twenty-four hour period, what is your favourite time of day?
Mine would have to be a tie between Twilight and Sunset.
I love how the world looks before the Sun actually begins to rise, with a faint blue light that seems to come from all around. And frankly, I don't think that there's anything more beautiful than a clear view of the Sun setting.

I believe in a sign of Zeta.

I love it at sunset...when it looks like the sun scraped itself alone the clouds and there's pink and blue sky everywhere, bar the stretched out clouds. Very serene and powerful.

Mid-morning. The sun's already up, the landscape is nice and bright, but the the sun hasn't been up long enough for the weather to be excessively hot. Plus, I can just lie back in bed and chill.
Fragment of the Lord of Nightmares, release thy heavenly retribution. Blade of cold, black nothingness: become my power, become my body. Together, let us walk the path of destruction and smash even the souls of the Gods! RAGNA BLADE!

Nightime...nice and cool...and lights are always pretty.
Though sunsets come to a close second.

Night-time is the reason for existance; the sun comes out only to make sure the plants don't die AFAIC.
Something about Libertarianism always bothered me. Then one day, I realized what it was:
Libertarian philosophy can be boiled down to the phrase, "Work Will Make You Free."
In Libertarianism, there is no Government, so the Bosses are free to exploit the Workers.
In Communism, there is no Government, so the Workers are free to exploit the Bosses.
So in Libertarianism, man exploits man, but in Communism, its the other way around!
If all you want to do is have some harmless, mindless fun, go H3RE INST3ADZ0RZ!!
Grrr! Fight my Brute, you pansy!

Evening, since that's when I'm most alert.
Sunrise is nice and all, but it doesn't matter worth a damn unless you're awake for it, which I rarely am.

Twilight, when the Sun's gone down, and it's still a bit warm outside, still bright, but nowhere can you see the source of it. It's really beautiful when you can just relax outside, read a book, and not be worried about light getting in your eyes.
Other than that, I like the Night too. Dark, lights everywhere, and fun to be had if you're willing to look for it

I like the early morning, there's barely any sun, and I'm asleep.

Mid-afternoon, in the summer/spring. I'm now fully awake and ready to do stuff.

Yeah, Sunsets down here are REALLY insane during the Summer, and stunning during the winter.Rye wrote:I love it at sunset...when it looks like the sun scraped itself alone the clouds and there's pink and blue sky everywhere, bar the stretched out clouds. Very serene and powerful.
During the Summer, a lot of times the thunderstorms are just finishing up by Sunset, so when the Sun peeks down at the Horizon, all of the feeder bands erupt in Golden flame. First time I saw this, I literally thought the sky was on fire.
During the Winter, you get these REALLY high altitude Cirrus clouds that sometimes stick for the entire day. The Orange/Salmon/Pink/Red/Purple shimmering across the sky's a sight I never get tired of...

My favorite moment in time at all was at 5:30 AM being driven to Manley international from port royal and watching the sun come up as the city lights dwindled down to nothing.
Normally my favorite time of day is anytime I'm happy.
