I had a gf for a while, and when the subject of sex started coming up a few months in the relationship, she said she wasn't ready, and didn't think she would be for a while. Me being the idiot that I am, pestered for it.Eventually she realized that she wanted to wait for the person she would be with for the rest of her life. Eventually things just got sour and we broke up.
But Strangely, I think that her mentality rubbed off on me. Before meeting her, I never really cared about only doing it with one person for my entire life, but now I really feel that I want to wait for that special someone.
