I only use music to calm down when I'm really fucking pissed.

And only one song seems to work, Wake Up, by Rage Against the Machine. The one at the end of The Matrix, with the credits.

I put on headphones, and turn it up as high as it will go without static.

Slayer & old Metallica. Gotta love the "Die! Die! Die! Die!" part of "Creeping Death". Too much stupid shit going on at my work now so there's a lot of metal getting played on the shop radio.

Say, do you want it to be a threesome with your wife? Or a foursome with your wife and sister-in-law? I'm up for either. :P

If you like that, I recommend:

The Thirteen Cryptical Prophecies Of Mu by Bal-Sagoth. (the chorus is, IIRC, a somewhat intelligible "Kill! Kill! Kill!" chant followed by a rather hissing and croaked scream of "Die! Die! Die!")

Destroying The Manger by Nocturnus. (a very good piece of metal - with a chorus hauntingly similar to the "Die by my hand..." part of Creeping Death - yet still not an unoriginal and derivative song)
"Hi there, would you like to have a cookie?"

"No, actually I would HATE to have a cookie, you vapid waste of inedible flesh!"

Rage is not something I experience, but if I were in this situation, I would listen to Tool or Orgy.

I forgot one, when I'm angry about life in general, there is a particular song that always cheers me up. "Flowers on the Wall" by the Statler Brothers. :)
"Show me an angel and I will paint you one." - Gustav Courbet

"Quetzalcoatl, plumed serpent of the Aztecs... you are a pussy." - Stephen Colbert

"Really, I'm jealous of how much smarter than me he is. I'm not an expert on anything and he's an expert on things he knows nothing about." - Me, concerning a bullshitter

I don't really get angry. It doesn't seem to solve any problems, so I don't let myself get too emotional.

The last time a got really ticked off was when some guy broke into my car and stole a bunch of CDs, that was about a year and a half ago. I was mad, but it wouldn't show on the outside, I just play various scenarios in my head, imagining that I'm beating the guy with a baseball bat and such, that solved the problem.
