By railing against a non-existent entity you are showing that the Christian belief in their perfect "good" God is not rational. The reason being: Their belief *exists*, its attacking the consistency of those beliefs. While you could address the lack of evidence for God, this isn't an issue for Christians. Attacking the morality/rational of the specific details is usually more successful in creating a meaningful debate.EmperorChrostas the Cruel wrote: What are you REALY mad about, that you rail against a non exsistant entity?

If you're going to dismiss the Bible as evidence, there is no trial because you just erased God's existance (unless you can find me some documents describing him by independant sources).
Not to say this trial is flawed from the very start. There are two ways to conduct a trial against God:
Use the Bible as the highest evidence: God is obviously guilty of all charges as the Bible is the highest evidence and therefore all it tells actually happened. Meaningless trial, except to confirm his crimes.
Use the Bible as evidence as long as events in the Bible can be backed up by secular evidence: Clearly impossible, because the entire Bible has no basis in reality (Unless the Christians would like to provide me with evidence to the contrary).
I applaud the effort to list all God's crimes from the Bible, but you can't play court no matter how hard you try.
