Blades and Barmaids: New RPG system

Originally announced in the Computers and Gaming forum, before I realized that all the RPG attention seems to be in this one. Anyway, it's a custom RPG that I (with much help from Gerard Paloma) created and have refined and playtested over the last 5 or so years. It's designed to be modular and streamlined. Modular because it can be customized quickly, easily, and effectively to suit any setting or playing style. Streamlined because virtually all rolls, from picking a lock to combat to magic are handled the exact same way. It's so streamlined that the sourcebook is only 40 pages, and can be read and understood in minimal time. GMs can control the power and realism level of the game simply by choosing which rules to include. Characters can be mythical hero types who can take absurd amounts of punishment or every fight can be a bloodbath, it's all there.
