Contact lens brands

Post by phongn »

For those of you who wear contact lenses, do you have opinions as to which brand is better or worse? I'm just starting on wearing them; my sisters have Acuvue 2 and they like them.

I've worn Sofmed for the last 3 years. Never had any problems with them.

Aquatech 2-week soft disposables. They're prescription and need removal and cleaning every night. Not a bad lens though. If you take good care of them they can last three weeks to a month.

Ones that are slightly tinted, so you can see the $)(*%^#$)%^#^% buggers when they fall off your finger.

I use Acuview 2 two-week disposables. Never had any problems with them. They beat the hell out of glasses IMHO.
