I caught my mom reading my old star wars books when I was back home this weekend. She says she likes "The Courtship of Princess Leia" and thinks the X-Wing books sucked.

For some reason, having my mom reading Star Wars books makes me feel guiltier than if she found my porn collection.

Heh, my mom has read every single one of my SW books too except the NJO series which isnt in Finnish. But she said she liked the Thrawn trilogy very much and the character of Thrawn.

My parents tried once to tell me to stop comign here...I told them to blow off, well, I told them a little more politely than that. And ever since I have been telling them about threads that I find here and they have been very interested in it.

I don't generally read SW novels because a very large portion of them are not very good, but I wouldn't say they're 'below' anyone.
