Taking a Dump at other peoples houses

Post by thecreech »

I would never take a dump at my girlfriends houses because i didn't want to stink it up. Now that i am married i still find it hard to lay a log in her parents bathroom when we go over to visit. Is it just me or do other people have this problem.

Yep, it's even worse. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't, for some strange reason.

Tell your in-laws to install a bathroom fan.

You have to turn on the fan before you drop the load. Preferably even a minute earlier or so, to get the proper airflow established.

Not if I know I'll be there for a long time. But if it's only like a day or two (or a hotel) I can hold it. Not worried about stinking or anything, just don't like it. I prefer my house bathroom.

Of course, if you somehow locked me into my old school for a week (which in itself would be amazing, since it's an extremely open campus and I could just hop a fence) I'd hold it, health problems be damned! Those bathrooms are horrible and disgusting. I cannot find any words to describe them...they're worse than your typical crappy-looking gas station rest room, I shit you not!

Lighting matches helps if there's no air freshner or fan. Of course, then the bathroom stinks of matches, but that's better than a rich hydrogen sulfide burrito and beer shit stench.

I went through three years of middle school, and four years of high school without ever taking a dump in the public restrooms. Somebody give me a medal!

Damn Air Force, you expect a medal for everything don't you?

Besides, I did the same thing you did. No problem. But, going into the Navy, I'm sane and don't expect the "Able to Hold Your Shit For Seven Years" service medal. :D

I'll drop a log in a friend or family member's home, but I generally shy away from public toilets if I need to make a deposit at the second national bank.

I gotcha beat. I never once used a school bathroom to take a dump, and the amount of dumps taken in a place outside my place of residence, permanent and temporary, number less than half a dozen.

I never , ever took a dump in HS. The bathrooms are worse than some 3rd world countries.

But in college I knew which bathrooms were really nice and quiet. The 5th floor of the science building (Duncan Hall) was nice because the windows were always open to air out the place. Chem labs were nearby. Not many people used it cause its a pain in the ass to take a dump during lab.

Also, the basement of Washingtion Square was perhaps the most isolated. Even thought there was a computer lab down there and some anthropology labs, it got little traffic. I liked to sit there read the paper and do my business.

You know, eventually you will need to get a job, at which point you will spend 8-10 hours a day inside a building which is not your residence. You can't clench your anus forever.

Oh you guys would just love bootcamp. :D

In the best of circumstances the rows of toilets might have dividers between them so you can see the person next to you. There are no doors on the stalls though so unless you are in the very end stall people will be able to see you there as they walk by. The good news is that they are generally pretty clean since you clean them a couple times a day.

It could be worse, it could be like the situation in Full Metal Jacket where they just had a bunch of toilets and no barriers.

Long enough, I need to take one maybe every 24 hours and that’s been the case for over a decade.

Well, that's not as bad...I'm going in the Navy. Six months at a place not my residence, and pretty much public restrooms. Though some unlucky SR/SA/SN does have to clean them regularly.

Besides, 8-10 hours isn't that bad. I managed for about three days once when I had to. Probably not healthy, but it's either that or the woods, which I didn't want to do thanks to the swarm of ticks running around... :|

I'm sure you'll get the pleasure of cleaning a few before you're comissioned. Head cleaning, painting and floor waxing are some of the manin activities for future officers when they come through on their temporary ship tours. If they are lucky they'll get to do some needle gunning. :D

Anyway, as an officer you'll get to use the Officer's Head so there won't be quite as many people using it. Still, you might be letting one fly when your boss comes into use the place. Gotta be great for those fitreps. :D

I can honestly say that I've never once in my life even considered not taking a dump at someone else's house.
