This happens in Iraq by default- by a procurement stuff up, or just plain bad planning, the Interceptor Body Armor in Iraq is woodland camo.

And there were all those USMC vehicles that remained in three-tone NATO camoflage. Mind you, it was so hard to tell after a few day's worth of dust that it was probably a good practical decision.

Why stop there? Bring back the Redcoats! After all, those bright red uniforms worked so well for the British army. they blended right into the American countryside about as well as Einey would in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

So you'd prefer that the current level of conflict goes on for a couple years instead?
If the Administration deployed another hundred thousand troops to Iraq instead of firing everybody who suggests it, I think the current level of conflict would dissipate quite nicely without the need for a man in a suit who has never been in combat telling the enemy to 'bring it on'.
