I beg to differ. It's not the squirt that kills the man; it's the orgasm. While normally both take place at the same time, it's not always necessary to happen that way, at least in my experience, either that or those were some pretty crappy orgasms.

It's not that you run out of ejaculate. It's that the release of the ejaculate is what ruins it. Even if you let out a drop, it's still enough to kill it. Hence the central role Kegel excercises, with their strengthening of the PC muscles.

Haven't you ever had pre-ejaculatory fluid? That's basically semen, as leaking it into the vagina can impregnate a woman, which is a big reason the "pull out and cum on her face/tits/whatever" method of contraception is ineffective. If you clamp the base just before ejaculation, you can delay the orgasm and even extend it into another one.

Kegel exercises are exercises that strengthen the PC muscles. These muscles are at the base of the pelvis, and, when used, close off the urethra and prevent urine (and in males, semen), from escaping. With enough control, you can prevent ejaculation during orgasm. It's a harder to master, but eventually more convenient, way of pulling off what clamping the base does.

No it isn't. Ejaculation is what triggers the refractory period in most men (some can come over and over). It is possible to orgasm multiple times without ejaculating with training.
