Graphic Equalizer for Windows?

Is there anyone know where to find an equalizer that works on all sound input (such as games, windows applications, etc)? I have found several ones but mostly they only work for MP3 or CD. There's even one that only works on Windows Media Player

Usually such things would have to be included as part of your sound card driver.

Aye. My Santa Cruz has an equalizer built into the driver.
