What is the name of the cylindrical objects on the top rear of the Falcon
just behind the turret?

IIRC those are the engine heat vents, for cooling the Falcon's reactor and other systems.

The OT ICS labels them as "heat exhaust vents", and the ducting appears to lead from the power core.
