Conditions : both are stuck in a stellar system with twins, FTL drive offline ( except for short manoeuvers within the system ). System has twin stars, a small nebula aka Mutara Nebula ( ST2 ), various planets including M-Class and gas giants, huge asteroid field, close Oort cloud ( I don't even know if it's possible in a twin syst', but whatever ).
Combat style : space combat.
Tactical : Both are aware of their respective intentions, but ignore their capacities.
