All flight sims (PC and Nintendo).
Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series
I liked Force Commander so sue me!
I hear Knights of the Old Republic is excellent and since it's on X-Box it'll invariably come to PC eventually.
That's all I can think of right now, I'm sure I forgot some doozies.

I'd like to say Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, it's good fun.

RS2: Rogue Leader for the Gamecube kicks ass (though getting those Gold Medals virtually requires you to be a Jedi). Among my favourites also is X-Wing: Alliance and JK2: Jedi Outcast, both of which you can get fairly cheap.

So far, Rogue Squadron II Rogue Leader, Galactic Battlegrounds Clone Campaigns (AT-AT anti air bitch) and Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast.

Yeah, they're all new games, but I always hated the earlier ones. I never had a deft fun Star Wars feel. Battlegrounds gives me that impending millitary might, heh, Rogue Squadron really gives me the sensation of flight of sorts, and Jedi Knight II I think puts the sabre battle and force us in there.

Let's not forget Jedi Power Battles for the Dreamcast, that game is bad ass.

My personal favorites:

X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter and X-Wing Alliance
Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight and Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
Rogue Squadron (haven't played sequel)
Galaxies, though I understand its sort of a love/hate thing.
Rebellion, on the few occasions I played it.

TIE Fighter, Jedi Knight, and JKII are all excellent--probably, in fact, some of the best computer games ever.

I'm also really looking forward to KotOR, which looks like an extraordinary game.

KoTOR looks nothing short of outstanding (except for the fact that the game discs are made from the hewn bones of stillborn babies, like all X-Box games), and Jedi Knight II rocked as well.

Also, I remember a few months ago a new Jedi Knight game being announced. Anything become of it?

I believe Jedi Academy is still in the works...no release date as of yet.

TIE Fighter.
The graphics may have been bettered, but the gameplay, the atmosphere and the sheer genius of the setting - casting you as an Imperial Good Guy against the Evil Rebel Insurgents - have never been surpassed.

Hmmm... I wonder why they haven't made the Imperial counter-part to Rogue Squadron games... I think that flying TIEs for the 181st with the RL engine would draw quite a following...

Stellar. Hope it's not a rush job designed to cash in on the first game's success...

I believe you 3000, but I don't believe them. Wishful thinking, I think. I could be wrong, but that's a little more than a month away. Usually takes about a month just to get it from Gold to shelf.

A month to hit shelves? Not where I live. Here, titles usually hit shelves a day or two early. EtM was out May 13th.

Maybe it's different for shooters. Most of the games I play are generally always late. You simply can't rely on release dates ever, at least in the gaming industry, and at least where I live. It's usually pushed back for months, not days.

This may not be the case with this perticular one, since it's LucasArts, and a big name shooter style game.

GAT, PS2, PC, and X-Box I believe. TIE Fighter, X-Wing Alliance, and X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter are my favorites.

It's coming to PC in November IIRC.

The Rouge Squadron games are good. I wish I could play the X-Wing/TIE games, but my parents don't wanna get a joystick.

Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns is good.

I guess no one else liked Shadows of the Empire for the N64, but I'll stick by it 'till my ass is six feet under! Ph34r the disruptor!

I did quite like the game, though I always found the controls to be a-little-shoddy at best for the FPS levels.

LucasArts is notorious for delaying releases until well after the published date in an effort to fine-tune games. I think they'll stick with their track record.

I loved the level with the AT-ATs, and the one with the swoop bike. The train-jumping level was funny and not extremely hard... the others were just boring.
