--I used to play paintball when I had friends with paintball guns nearby and the wide open space of Ca. I still have some paintball guns and love to play if anyone is in the Boston, Ma., USA area.

Oh yeah, I forgot they where going to open a new field after they had to close the good one. I remember playing at that field with the creek and bunkers way back in like 1989/90. It was a horrible experience, the refs did a terrible job at controlling the game. But the Bearcreek folks are pretty good.SpacedTeddyBear wrote:Mainly Bearcreek. But there is a field at the Santa Clara Fairgrounds. It's all hyperball and speedball kind of stuff. A new field is going to open in Milpitas on Calaveras by the owners of Bearcreek. I don't know when though.
I didnt know there was a field at the fairgrounds. Not my kind of game though. Back in the 12gram days I played at Woodstalk up near the Loma Prieta summit. That was a pretty friendly place too, Ive hear they moved out someplace near Monteray now.

The 98 with flatline is good to run a remote on. That way you could take a 20oz tank and put it on your back. It lightens the marker considerably.

Yeah, thats another possibility. I might go with a drop only because Im afraid Id snag the cord to the remote on the brush. With my luck, thats something that would happen to me.Sr.mal wrote:The 98 with flatline is good to run a remote on. That way you could take a 20oz tank and put it on your back. I played once, 2 years ago. I was taking part in a cross community venture when the bright sparks decided the best way to stop young catholics and protestants from fighing was to take us down to Monaghan and let us "Pretend" to kill each other. I got shot in the inner thigh 2 inches bellow my balls, it hurt a lot. The experts in charge threw me out of the games when they discovered my hand grenades. I had bought a bag of water ballons filled with watered down paint. The Salmon Rustie(sp) level was best. I had to hand over my weapon and try and get from point A to point B. My team where to act as human shields. Bah i cna stll taste the paint in my mouth thinking about it. The best part was when i shot a guy i didn't like in the nuts. Later back in the bar i put on Blink 182's All The Small Things just to show there where no hard feelings
