How did I forget Spaceballs?

And I have another candidate: The origional Batman movie, with Adam West and Burt Ward. It's just the cheesiet movie ever. One must wonder if they were trying to be cheesy.

Not bad, but not as good as the first one. The first one evoked numerous memories of people I knew or ran into in high school. The second one turned up the sillines quotient and the connection was lost. It was funny but it didn't connect.

Amrican Pie 2 didn't follow the normal sequal convention, i.e. it wasn't complete shite.
The Lost World *sigh* now there's something that follows the normal sequal rules, althought the novel was pretty damn good!

That whole movie had genius editing. My favorite bit of that was when Leeloo was telling Cornelius that the stones weren't in the case that Zorg had stolen and at the same time Zorg discovering it, and they switched back and forth between Leeloo (with Cornelius translating) and Zorg talking and the dialogue synching up.

funny thing about American pie two is, except for a few backdrop changes, and different gags, it had the SAME PLOT. The first party, the grand plan to get laid, the musical montage, the big party at the end, everyone hooks up. Now don't get me wrong, the movie was really funny, and the lesbian/house painting scene was fucking classic, but come on now! it's the same plot! Still, i will be buying my ticket to part 3 when it opens next week. fucking stiffler, i knew guys that were him right down to the haircut.

Space Balls
MP Life of Brian (YOU ARE THE MESSIAH YOU ARE! AND I SHOULD KNOW I FOLLOWED A FEW)
Anything by the Farley Brothers.
Not Another Teen Movie
Mafia

What can i say i have a passion for spoofs.

The best scene i ever saw in a film though was in none of the above. The thing that made me laugh so hard i cried was in National Lampoons Senior trip. The trekie dork is about to kill out hero. The fat guy asks someone to pull his finger. He farts on Hoovers eternal flame causing the dork to turn into a human fireball. Also the bit when the dork is on the roof of the bus approaching a low bridge and he's on his cellphone begging Scottie to beam him up.

5 isn't enough IMHO I own roughly 100 DVD's and over half of them are comedies.

Some Like it Hot
"but you don't understand, Osgood, I'm... I'm a man!"
"well, nobody's perfect"

Monty Python
All three (proper) films get lumped into one here. I'm not going to choose between "The Oral Sex!" "Yes, we're all different!" "(I'm not)" and Every Sperm is Sacred

Mallrats
"Excitement, adventure, a Jedi craves not these things." Hard to watch now, I imagine, since I'm no longer with Silent Rob.

Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey
"You may be a king, or a humble street sweeper, but sooner or later you dance with the Reaper!"

Men in Black
"Did anything about that strike you as odd?"
"I fight with love, and I laugh with rage, you gotta live light enough to see the humour and long enough to see some change" - Ani DiFranco, Pick Yer Nose

"Life 's not a song, life isn't bliss, life is just this: it's living." - Spike, Once More with Feeling

Ah yes, I'd forgotten about the Bill & Ted movies. The whole scene where Ted posessed his dad was gold.

Oh yes. Whoever was responsible for editing the movie had a real flair for matching up scenes.
