Euros meet your new ruler!

Napoleon!
Mr. Napoleon now serves as second deputy mayor [of Ajaccio], a post that puts him in charge of the city's tourism industry. The position is a jumping-off point for his next political contest: running for the European Parliament next year.
Muahahaha! The great-great-grandnephew of the Emperor Napoleon is going to enter European politics just in time for you to get a constitution as a single unified State. Bonapartist victory is at hand!

...and then he ended up taking after Napoleon III, grew a funny moustache, built a crappy transportation system, and got smacked around by the great-great-grandnephew of Otto von Bismark in a disasterous war with Germany.

"One cannot escape one's history," he said. "The name is known all over the world. I once went to a tiny village in China, and when I told them my name, they knew who Napoleon was."
It is easier, he said, in the United States: "Americans don't know much about history. I have to spell my name in the U.S."
Hehehehehe.

Hes the mans great great grandNEPHEW not great great grandSON. The man isnt decendent from napoleon in any way, only napoleons sibling. Who cares about Joe Bonapartes great great grandson? When he conquers the EU then he can make himself out to be something great. :P

Lets hold off smacking them around until Napoleon Reborn has sold off a few hundred thousand acres of french territory first for dirt cheap prices. Then drop in on Paris.

Deep in the maze in the heart of the EU policy making centre of Brussels a group of shadowy men meet to discuss the latest development that has percipitated the need to call an emergency council. Headed by a deep cover operative who's code name is 'Crown'.

'Gentlemen, we have a problem.' Crown, an extremely handsome operative opened.

'What kind of problem?' One of the shadowy men asked.

'It appears that operation Emperor Reborn has been discovered by an internet right wing American who goes by the code name 'Duchess of Zeon'.' Crown began. 'Oh it's not too suprising really, she has in the past displayed a strange accuracy in her political prophecies. They border on the un-natural.'

'How much about operation Emperor Reborn has this woman un-covered?' A senior Frenchman asked.

'Nothing of the specifics, just that the great-great-grandnephew is being groomed for a role in the EU parliament.' Crown reponded.

'Sacre-blue!' The Frenchman rejoined. 'That is still too close! We must distract her ... Quick! Where is the neares Greenpeace boat berthed?'

Coriscan, technically.

Actually, I look forward to this. Last time Napolean rose to power we doubled in size. This time, he'll use Quebec to annex Canada and we'll buy it back from him.

Who wants to start an "Invade Russia" pool?

I'd vote for that. Just to see Russia kick their asses six ways to Sunday, even with their undertrained, underpaid, and underarmed forces. There'll be a dramatic reversal at the gates of Moscow, and then the T-80 hordes will send the enemy packing, under constant artillery and MRL fire. It'd be beautiful. Ah .... slaughter.
