What did I do that was so bad? I don't remember doing anything that bad. I quoted someone as saying that racial profiling is good and I realize that was wrong. They did say it, though. I want to know specifically was I did that was so bad and why i didn't receive a warning.
Ok, now it's quite obvious that he's putting on a childish innocence act. Glancing over some of his old posts, he was obviously trolling, and if he's too stupid to realize even that, I don't see what he can possibly contribute here.

Frankly, he's too immature. And dumber than a box of rocks, besides.

RayCav wanted back in.
Yeah, if this kid doesn't understand the meaning of the word 'permanent,' I'm thinking that using the argument of precedent won't do much, but I'm going to mention the point anyway. If even just one other person has asked to be let back and was told no, then there is simply no possible way we can allow him in, even if we wanted to. And I think if anyone who is currently banned permanently was to be allowed back in (which we can't do if we want to hold with our rules), I would think it would be Ted who would be permitted to return, not Eddy, since there were a number of people who voted for Ted to stay. I wonder how many people voted to keep Eddy here...?

Yes. Stravo is right.

Beside that, he won't change on the long run. Until he feels that everyone keep an eye on him he'll be acting good.

At the first time he feels comfortable he returns to his "normal" personality.

No. That ban should last forever.
