You'd have to have one accompanying every convoy- it'd also be far easier to just teach your troops what an RPG launch looks like- the Iraqis are probably experienced enough to wet the ground around their chosen fire positions to prevent dust ups, but the grey puff of smoke can't be hidden. its gonna be quite easy for a small group say 2 men to fire an RPG and get away. Shoot from a pre planned position and run right after you fire. Standard US procedure on a far ambush is hit the ground supress the enemy position and flank with a fire team(sqaud level). If they abandon the position right after fireing they wont be caught.
