Yeah, if this kid doesn't understand the meaning of the word 'permanent,' I'm thinking that using the argument of precedent won't do much, but I'm going to mention the point anyway. If even just one other person has asked to be let back and was told no, then there is simply no possible way we can allow him in, even if we wanted to. And I think if anyone who is currently banned permanently was to be allowed back in (which we can't do if we want to hold with our rules), I would think it would be Ted who would be permitted to return, not Eddy, since there were a number of people who voted for Ted to stay. I wonder how many people voted to keep Eddy here...?
