Worst movie I ever saw was Ace Ventura, Pet Detective. Unfortunately, I shall never recover that lost time -- what an awful movie!

Rob Zombie directed this movie in the style of 70's shlock drive-in horror films and I believe he suceeded in that effort. This film was like a 2 hour Rob Zombie video, which often times are "retro". I'd say this film is for fans only.
How does it explain the fact that it only lasted about a week at the cinemas? It's because of this movie that I've decided not to listen to his music anymore. I've seen a few seventies horror and they are better than that crap.

Damaramu wrote:Perhaps other "horror" films like Jeepers Creepers 2 and Fear.Com are more your style, Enigma?
No. The Ring and The Others are more of my preferences. <sigh> Other than those, there aren't any good horror movies that I know of. I'd like to see a "good" horror movie but which one?

Well granted Ho1KC isn't for everyone, but stop listening to Rob's music? He spreads such a great message in his songs and it's just plain ol' feel good music.

But seriously, I thought Jeepers Creepers was pretty lame......didn't bother to see Fear.Com either. That one looked just as good.

Now The Others....I enjoyed that one greatly. The Ring was nifty as well......would like to see the original, though. Heard it was better.

Well it is punishment for making the worst movie *EVER*. I'd rather screw Janeway along with Neelix and Wesley for hours on end than to see that crap movie again.

"Plan 9 From Outer Space" was bad because it was black and white.

"Battlefield Earth" was bad because it was blue and purple.

It should have been, damnit. That would have made it worth watching.

You and Hemlock should check out the sequel, then. It's even better! :D
Maybe we'll do that. We live relatively nearby. And then we'll close our ass cracks with roofing staples, and think about how much better that is than watching Grease II.

Forgot to mention that this list exlcudes so called B-movies. Nothing even remotely approaches their level of crappiness.

Everyone with an English accent should be lined up against a wall and shot, on the off chance that one of them will be the guy who played the lead in that movie.[/i]

Although, the participants in the original Grease deserve some credit(possibly some sort of meal before their execution) for not being associated with the second. Even the tagline is inferior- "Grease is still the word!"? WTF? How original is that?

Freddy Got Fingered, which only really gets scary when you realise that hundreds of people had to watch and examine it in detail before it was released.

I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

I still think HO1kC trumps all other flicks mentioned here. Just as a comparison of how badly I hate HO1kC is this. I watched Battlefield Earth and I found it ok and if prodded would watch it again. But with Ho1kC.......
