Even over at SB.com that poking crap has dropped off. Its quite dumb.

Yay! Poking is utterly retarded.

I don't think I've ever participated in poking. I don't see a reason why people find poking fun or interesting.

I kind of like jegs2's method. I'm sick and tired of 30 posts saying *POKE*, however.

Shinova should still be able to use the Poke Tank and the Newbie Anime poke. But I agree that poking should be cut down on...though I will admit that I have been rather bad at being involved in it.

Agreed. Damn. That's just crazy. It's one thing if you have a valid reason I guess, but you better be able to back it up. But just saying they're a troll? Though maybe I'm still bitter over the Acacia thing... :x

So, no poking? AT ALL? not even a tiny "oh, and *POKE*" at the end of a compeletely nice non-spam on-topic post?

I will obey, Lord Wong. (I spent a whole 10 min perfecting my avatar, I don't want it to disappear :P)

Thankfully it's done.

Agreed. Ah well, good times we had with the poking. Not to mention it generates new members for certain usergroups (*cough*SEGNOR*cough*) which a certain board member thinks is useless (*cough*fgalkin*cough*).

But I digress. Poking kicks ass like Ian McKellen.

Poke.

Ok, sorry, couldn't resist. Not that I'm sad to see this tradition killed, it was just a silly something that the SB members brought over.

In the meantime, can anyone think of a better use for that Poking Tank?

I have to admit that's the first time I set out to compliment a group of people (and possibly introduce myself) and ended up with a locked thread where I was accused of trolling (I know that wasn't the majority opinion, but I've never had it happen at all, especially in an instance where my reason for coming here was so readily verifiable). After some small amount of thought on the matter, I think this is the sort of forum that I'll read when I have time and refrain from posting in... I have too much other work to do, really, anyway. :P
