Custom title yet?

Post by Iceberg »

Or do I have to wait another few hundred/thousand posts?

And if so, what?

I'd prefer my old ASVS title ("ASVS Master of Laundry") myself.

~2000 posts standard, you have to be really special to get one before than.

While you're a nice guy and I'd have no problems in giving you the title, it would be a bad precedent. I think you must wait until you have at least more 500 posts.

Specifically, read this. Down to about the middle of the first post, it tells the requirements for a custom title.

But honestly, you have too few posts.

Looking at the FAQ, it says 2000, and you still have to be a notable personality.

Initially it was to be 2500...I did around 4500 or so.

Mostly it's just an arbitary barrier.

Yes, but how is King Kong going to pick up Marina without getting killed?

Still have a ways to go bucko, I didn't get mine until I had 1900 some posts. I think I was just shy of 2000.

We have Rob Wilson ensuring compliance from Marina for the purposes of this trial.

Hold still, Marina, or this may sting a little.

*cuts off King Kong's hand at the wrist with a beam saber and snatches Marina from the falling hand when the nervous impulses to the fingers stop, making them go limp*

There, how's that?

*King Kong then proceeds to bash the Gundam on the head with it's remaining hand. This results in a catastrophic failure of the Gundam's power source. The screenss blank out, and the sim cockpit opens*

Got to try better than that.

Sorry, the worst he just did is muck up the main cameras and a few long-range comm antennas. I then turn around and deliver a reverse kesai-geri (monk's-robe cut) to slice Kong in two from jewels to throat.
