Rebels/NR vs. Federation.

Post by Matt7 »

Of all the threads I've read (hey it rhymes), it seems as if it's always about the Empire vs. the Federation. What about the Rebels/New Republic vs. the Federation?
(btw, i ran a quick search and couldn't find this topic. sorry if it's been done before.)

While the Empire vs Federation is the old standard, the conclussion is still the same. Even if one assumed that the heaviest ST ship was roughly on par with a standard Mon Cal cruiser, the Federation still gets stomped. But in reality a single Mon Cal cruiser outguns a significant portion of the Federation fleet bare minimum. So the answer is the same as Empire vs Federation. Federation looses big time. It effectively has no important advantages over the New Republic or the Rebellion.

yes this poll really isn't necessary.

I wonder though what possed you, the creator of this poll, to create this, the poll in question.

If the Rebellion/New REpublic is at the same technological level as the Empire, and the Empires technology is the key to victory over the Federation. THEN WHY WOULD YOU THINK OTHERWISE!
