This is the production company that makes all those crappy Christian films. you know the ones- don't seem to have any concept of how the world works, or how to put together a decent script, always brag about their "all-star casts" (like Margot Kidder, Gary Busey, and Judd Nelson), and can only get an ounce of praise from fundies?

This movie's concept takes the cake. Get this, fellas: The government gets a signal supposedly from outer space (roughly 6.66 seconds long), and the only person who realizes that there aren't any aliens sending it, but instead it's the work of Satan, is a Christian.

This is why I am a Christian (I guess that's what I'll call myself) but don't like going to church or reading Christian (I guess) related stuff.. These people have absolutely no clue to what they are doing.

It's not just Cloud Ten who make them. Trinity Broadcasting have also made quite a number of motion pictures, such as the unintentionally funny "Omega Code" series.

Wait Series? I saw the first one of those movies (with Casper Van Dien the starship troopers guy), are you saying they made more than 1? My entire family agreed that this was the single worst movie we have ever seen, and they made other ones?

Yep - for some reason, the first Omega Code movie was a financial success and they made a sequel to Omega Code, called "Megiddo" - which best can be described as equal part Chick Tract and G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero....

The most amusing thing about Omega Code 2: Meggido, is that the armour mock-ups they had, were (until they fired their main guns) some of the most convincing I've seen in movies for years?

i could have sworn that the end of Omega Code one was the world being consumed in a big flash of energy. dont see how you can have a sequel to an ending like that. Then again i never thought that the people working for Happy Days would have been stupid enough to make Fonzy waterski over a shark, but it happened.

Omega Code 2 was not as much a sequel as what Tim Burton would call a "re-imagining of the first movie".

Before seeing this movie, I had no idea that a Christian Film genre even existed. I will probably not sleep well tonight knowing that it does. It's not nice to sugarcoat your brainwashing, people.
