This is transformers, scale is not the issue. Size is. If unicron is described as being fucking huge, he's fucking huge.
In one episode of the TV series Skyfire varies between about 10 meters tall to over 100 meters.
Its an animated series, the effect is more important than actual scaling. Sometime you guys are a little too anal about these things.

And wrong.

Jetfire however, was king. (though not the new Armada one, which sucks)

(And totally out of scale with everything else, him bein about four times the size of any other plane-type)
