We are talking about men whose jobs are on the line for acting like, well, men. You can talk all you want about how "we're used to be the sexual aggressors" and "women ask for it because of how they dress" (which I find VERY offensive, BTW), but essentially, no man is gonig to be deemed unsuitable for a promotion just because he comes on to women.
