Begin by wetting hair and combing in a downward motion from the bottom up. Then when hair dries, repeat with brush.

Rye, I have the answer: Get dreds. Yes, it's painful initially, and they take a lil effort to maintain, but it's one of the few times tangles are good!

I stopped brushing my hair when getting out of the shower a while back. My hobbit hair now looks better than ever, and it never tangles.
I just step out of the shower mess around with it, and ta-da. I'm done.

If you have Curly hair dont grow it out so damn long then, Now straight hair like my own can go as long as it wants and never tangle.

Dreads fall off. Don't gte dreads. They're bad for your hair.

Rye - Frizz Ease! It'll ease those curls and make them easuer to manage.

I have very thin brittle hair - combing it breaks it. ESPECIALLY when wet,. but at leats it's naturally straight.

well, my hair's so tangled and curly that it would take me half an hour to untangle it completely. I usually leave it slightly tangled - not only due to laziness, but also because I like the curly look.

Get a haircut, goddamn hippies!! ;-)

Personally though, can't stand to grow long hair. I love it when my hair is clean cut and can feel the smooth bristles at the base of my head.
