I have to agree that this is one of the lamest pics I've ever seen. No effort whatsoever. Doesn't even seem to have anything to do with the subject of thread necromancy...

BTW: Can we drop this whole Janeway porn thing sometime soon? It's like every other God damn thread here has someone mentioning it and we end up with a partial thread hijack. It's been said so much that any impact it may of once had (for me, at least) has been reduced to below zero. It just doesn't seem to mean anything anymore.

It just seems like such overabused old hat.
As for the pic, the image just seems random and the text itself looks like something done in MS Paint in a few seconds. There's no care or effort visable. It's like it was just made for the sake of making it.
