A Vagina can be closed over and forgotten about when it's not in use where as a dick is just there in the way when your not using it. OTOH i don't trust things that bleed and don't die. Over all i'd call it a draw becasue i love both bits

yes, but that's much better than letting all that crap build up and not flushing it away regularly. Besides, it is extra lube.
