Though the actions of this woman won't really surprise anyone do you think its strange that she just says: "Jesus loves you" and "I'll go for help", rather than actually directly helping the kid?

I mean c'mon, whats that saying - that we should ignore the critically wounded person, tell them Jesus loves them, call an ambulance on a cell phone and leave them lying in the middle of the road as another wave of traffic comes down?

Chalk up another victory for questionable quasi-Christian morality.

I say it was a failed Rabid Trekkie conspiracy into wrecking the franchise. Failed because they left out the part where the ISD is desroyed in one shot by the Enterprise, and Jar-Jar Binks appealed especially to little kids and morons.

akin to August Derleth's attempts to equate Lovecraftian deities Nyarlathotep and Lord Nodens with Satan and God, respectively.

Realize that Jack Chick actually has negative brain mass. People in his general area actually become drooling morons, just by his presence. How else could he sell tracts.
