Should nations such as New Zealand, Australia and Canada + the myriad others ditch the Queen?

Absolutely. That the referendum in this country was so cocked up- Australians wanted to elect their own President, the one the fucking 'Liberals' (Liberals are the conservatives in our country, fucked up eh) gave us was one where the Senate (or whoever, can't remember, don't care) appointed the President. As the Labor Party said, next time there's a referendum, it'll be held by the FRIENDS of the Republican movement, not those fucking rabid monarchist Queen Elizabeth pussy sucking Liberal shitstains.

Since your governments are designed for a ceremonial, hereditary Head of State, my suggestion would be that you either find native monarchs or invite European princelings to take up your thrones in place of the distant reign of Elizabeth and her appointed Governors General.

Perhaps Australia would like a Hohenzollern? Canada a Romanov? New Zealand a Bourbon? Etc?

It's anachronistic and embarassing to me as a citizen of a 21st century secular Western democratic country.
