I mean ok that sounds strange, but see the similaritis?
Jesus, Jedi, both start with the same letters, maybe just because of mistranslation?
Jedi were powerfull healers, and could cast thunderstorms as well... some jedis are even able to come back from the death...
maybe god created the force to give his true followers power!!
thoughts?

To Lock, or not to Lock ... That is the question...
Okay I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Did George Lucas actively use parts of Christianity when writting Star Wars?
In the Prequels, yes. And clearly so. He talked about the emaculate conception as such, the 'chosen' the 'saviour' of the Jedi.
And as we might expect in Ep III, when Anakin falls into the lava (or whatever the hell he falls into), and Obi-Wan would leave for dead, Anakin will learn 'to stop people from dying'.
My two cents.

Thunderstorms?? I don't recall any other Force-Users than Sith Lords casting thunderstorms.Lex wrote:Jedi were powerful healers, and could cast thunderstorms as well... some jedis are even able to come back from the death...
BTW, have you read "The Force of Star Wars" by Frank Allnutt?? It seems like you're heavily inspired by that book, which draws parallels between Christianity and The Force. (of course, the parallels are tenuous at best)
