Having MAJOR imaging problems...

Ok, I don't know why, but I keep having problems doing these fucking images. Go here to see what I am working on. The problem is that I need to get the rollover images to be the same color as the top images. What's going on is that the button that says "How to get started FAST!" won't take the color of the image that is the rollover image. I use Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop because my computer refuses to run PhotoShop (because I have Macromedia Suite on here and it doesn't like PhotoShop much; not enough space to run it, I think). If someone can help me out with this, it will be much appreciated.
